- Is there any special software that needs to be installed run CustomerFu?
Nope. You just need a web browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.
- How long does it take to get CustomerFu up and running?
Most people are logging their first complaints within 10 minutes.
- This doesn't look like other customer incident management systems I've seen?
We focus on complaints, and we keep them centered around the customer. You won't see any mention of tickets or other terminology that hides the fact that these are real customers you're dealing with, with real problems.
- I'm concerned about the privacy of our complaint information and customer details
Your privacy is important to us. From our Silver plan upwards, your communications with our servers are protected by industrial-strength 256-bit SSL encryption, just like with your bank. Our servers are situated in high-security access-controlled data centers. Please view our privacy policy.
- Is our data backed up in case of failure?
Yes, your data is written to multiple disks in real-time. Full back-ups are conducted daily. CustomerFu runs on state-of-the-art Sun servers at Joyent.
- Do you provide phone support?
We provide unlimited support via email for our paying customers, but we do not provide support over the phone.
